Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

 

Tardiness / Late Arrival

Please arrive on time. If you are 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment and it may need to be rescheduled. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and charged accordingly.

Children Policy

To maintain a safe and comfortable environment, children are not permitted in the salon during appointments. If this policy is not followed, we may need to reschedule your appointment or apply a late cancellation fee.

Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately toward staff, or poses a threat to the safety of our team or the business.

Deposits

A deposit is required at booking for the following services: color corrections, vivid or fantasy colors, and any other extensive or time-intensive services. Deposits are applied toward the final service cost and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Refunds & Adjustments

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days so we can assess and arrange an appropriate adjustment. Refunds for hair services are not provided; adjustments or corrective services will be offered when appropriate.

Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal client information is never sold to third parties. Information collected is used for client profiles and service history, appointment confirmations, and internal analytics to improve our services. Online bookings are processed securely; credit card information is never stored or visible to staff in client profiles.
