DB Colors Policies 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

I understand that life happens — however, in order to honour all clients’ time and maintain

optimal scheduling, please note the following:

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a fee

of 50% of your reserved service.

• To reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible so we can fulfil that time slot with

another client.

• I appreciate your respect for your artist’s time and the level of care prepared exclusively

for you.

No Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of

your scheduled service.

Since your time slot is reserved especially for you, we ask for your courtesy in communicating

any changes.

Arrival & Late Arrivals

I recommend arriving 5–10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure a relaxed start and

full service.

• If you arrive 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule to avoid impacting other clients

and artist preparation time.

• A late arrival without notice may be treated as a no show and charged accordingly (100%

fee).

Children & Guests

For the comfort, safety and serenity of all clients, we do not allow children or additional

guests in the salon during services.

If this policy is not followed, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and could incur a

late cancellation fee.

Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who is under the influence of alcohol or

drugs, behaves inappropriately with staff, or poses a threat to my standard of service or

comfort.

My focus is providing a luxe, respectful atmosphere for everyone.

Booking Deposits

For services that require extended time — such as color correction, vivid colors, or other

specialty services — a nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.This deposit is credited toward your total service cost at the time of your visit.

Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is my  highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your result,

please contact me within 7 days and I will schedule a complimentary consultation to

determine a possible adjustment.

Please note: Refunds on services are not offered. Our goal is to collaborate with you until you

are delighted with your color and style.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Your personal information is collected solely for client profile

purposes and to provide confirmation emails/texts. We do not share or sell your data to

outside parties.

My online booking platform is secure, and credit card information is never stored within your

client profile.
