Booking & Appointments

Appointments can be booked through the DBColors website, GlossGenius, or in person at Fountain Hair Society and House of Color. Deposits may be required for certain services such as color corrections, vivid/fantasy colors, extensions, and keratin treatments.

Payments

Payments can be made online or in person. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards via Wix, and Venmo for in-person services. Deposits are non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Service Results & Liability

DBColors strives for excellent results. However, due to individual hair types, prior chemical treatments, and other variables, results are not guaranteed. DBColors is not liable for adverse outcomes beyond offering corrective advice or follow-up services.

Right of Refusal

DBColors reserves the right to refuse service to any client who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, behaves inappropriately, or poses a risk to safety.

Photo/Media Release

By receiving services, clients grant DBColors permission to use photos/videos of their hair for marketing, social media, or portfolio purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Privacy & Data

Client information is kept confidential and used only for service records, appointment confirmations, and internal analytics. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Changes to Terms

DBColors may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on www.dbcolors.com.
